So we read, heard and saw a ton of tweets from the HP Storage Day 2010 in Houston, TX. From the marketing teams, there were two big presentations, one by Tom Joyce, VP Marketing of StorageWorks Division and Andrew Manners to my understanding also Marketing at HP StorageWorks Division.

I really seem to like the X9000 set of products from HP (the IBRIX platform). Scale out, single name space, redundancy, elasticity, multinode are just some very unique features of the X9000 platform.

Another debated presentation by Cisco Engineer Chris Naddeo. Though the title of the presentation is quite Secure, the proposed model in the presentation seems to be very insecured. Please listen to the attached video, quite interesting.
